Health and Retail Tip of the Day

Don't buy purified water- it's tap water in a bottle. Tap water is free and it's recycled. Yes- recycled toilet water in a bottle. I would rather drink water from a natural spring. Read the label before buying your bottled water or else get stuck with recycled sewer water. Yum.

As you were!

Or use a reusable water bottle and fill it with your own purified water! As long as you get a high-quality aluminum or steel water bottle... and a high-quality purifier. It's expensive, but in the end it can be cheaper than buying bottled water.

Isn't ALL water recycled, though? Recycled many, many times in a cycle that has gone on forever?

And... I'm pretty sure natural spring water is still some animal's toilet, and that water must also be purified in a plant.
